Re-energized DD16 Long Block
With this DD16 long block, you'll find everything you need. We've rebuilt it from the ground up, including new oil cooler modules and an enhanced fuel filter system. In addition, we have installed new injectors, injector harnesses, turbo, crankcase breather, fan hub, and thermostat in this build. We've also replaced all necessary seals, gaskets, fuel, and coolant lines for your peace of mind.
Refined DD16: Enhancements & Upgrades
To enhance the engine's durability and longevity, we have coated the exhaust manifold and the turbo turbine side with resilient black ceramic. All other exhaust components boast a protective layer of high-heat black enamel. We've chrome powder-coated the turbo compressor side, exhaust shields, A/C bracket, intake, and water manifolds for added visual appeal and resilience. An easy-access oil pan drain and a 2-filter system in the fuel filter module round out our enhancements, further simplifying service and maintenance.
