Our Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Big Rig Power, we take great care to ensure that your shipment is the correct product and quantity. However, we understand that sometimes discrepancies can occur or you may need to return or exchange a product. Return and Exchange Requirements and Procedures

At Big Rig Power, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow these requirements and procedures:
Inspection And Restocking Fees
All returns or exchanges must be inspected by us before an exchange item or credit can be issued. Please note that some returns may carry a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 40%.
Timeframe And Installation
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days from the date on the invoice. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any parts that have been installed.
Required Documentation

Damaged Shipments
In the event that you receive an order from us that has been damaged during the shipping process, you must file a claim with the freight carrier as soon as possible. Please save the original packing materials for inspection.
