Our Comprehensive Tuning Warranty guarantees the performance and reliability of our custom tuning for a period of 90 days. During this time, if you experience any issues or require further adjustments, we offer re-tuning and tweaks at no additional charge* to ensure your engine operates optimally.

Please note that any manufacturer or supplier flashing of your ECM after receiving our custom tuning will erase our programming. In such cases, our Engineers will need to reprogram your tune, which will incur an additional charge. To avoid this, we recommend consulting our representatives before making any modifications to your custom-tuned ECM.

By using or misusing any parts or information received from G.A.P. Big Rig Power, authorized dealers, and affiliates at any level, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damages incurred. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, compensatory, punitive, or monetary damages, such as personal injury, bodily injury, loss of profits, goodwill, data, fines imposed by provincial/Federal/state law, or any other losses.

Claims relating to this agreement or pertaining to the limitation of liability prevent recovery of monetary, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or disciplinary damages, regardless of whether such claims are based on warranty, contract, or other grounds. We will not be held liable for the usage or inability to use the parts or service, unauthorized access to or alteration of data, statements, or conduct of any third party on the service, or any other matters relating to the service.

We provide no express or implied warranties, except for the express warranty described above. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability for these goods or their fitness for any purpose.
